Before You Book
What makes your branding sessions different?
Every session begins with strategy. We talk through your brand message, goals, audience, and how you want to be perceived before we ever choose a location or outfit. This ensures your images feel intentional and aligned, not random. You are not just booking a photoshoot. You are building a visual foundation for your brand.
How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not have to figure that out alone. During your consultation, we discuss your goals and where you are in your brand journey. From there, I recommend the service or combination of services that will support your growth.
Can I combine photography and video in one session?
Yes. Many clients pair personal branding photography with Brand in Motion to create a cohesive and powerful content library. This allows you to walk away with both still imagery and video content that work together seamlessly.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance. If you are planning a launch, event, or campaign, reach out as early as possible to ensure availability.
During the Experience
What if I am not comfortable in front of the camera?
Most of my clients feel that way at first. You are not expected to know how to pose or perform. I guide you through posture, movement, and natural expressions so you feel supported throughout the entire session. Confidence builds as we go.
Do I need to know how to pose?
No. I direct you through every step so your images feel natural and elevated. My job is to help you look and feel your best without overthinking.
How long does a session last?
Branding sessions typically last up to three hours. This allows time for outfit changes, location variation, and natural flow without rushing the process.
Do you help with wardrobe and location planning?
Yes. During your strategy call, we discuss wardrobe, location options, and overall direction so your session feels cohesive and aligned with your brand identity.
Can my team be included?
Yes. If your business includes team members, we can incorporate them into your session for a cohesive brand presence.
After Your Session
How many images will I receive?
Your session includes a minimum of 5 fully edited images. Following your session, you’ll receive a soft-edited gallery to review and select your final images. Additional images are available for purchase.
When will I receive my images?
Your soft-edited gallery will be delivered within 4–5 business days following your session. After your selections are confirmed, your final edited images will be delivered within an additional 3–4 business days.
Can I use the photos on all platforms?
Yes. Your final images are delivered in high resolution and are ready for your website, social media, marketing materials, and press features.
Will you help me understand how to use the content?
Yes. During planning, we discuss how your imagery and video can support your website, social media presence, launches, and campaigns so you leave with clarity, not confusion.

What if I do not know what to say on camera?
You do not need to memorize anything. We outline talking points and themes in advance. The goal is natural, confident delivery, not scripted performance.
How many videos will I receive?
Full content days typically include seven to eight fully edited videos. Many clients receive additional videos depending on flow and complexity. Mini content days include three to four videos.
Will the videos be ready to post?
Yes. Your videos are delivered edited with music, captions, and formatting appropriate for your platform so you can post confidently.
How long does filming take?
A full content day typically lasts between 3 to 5 hours.
Investment and Logistics
How much should I expect to invest?
Branding photography starts at $499, and Full Brand in Motion content creation starts at $999. If you are looking for a custom combination of photography and video services, pricing will vary based on your needs. During your consultation, I will help determine the best fit based on your goals
Why is branding photography an investment?
Your visuals are often the first impression your audience has of your brand. When your imagery reflects your confidence and professionalism, trust builds faster. This investment supports your long-term visibility and growth.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your session.
Do you offer payment plans?
We can discuss this during your consultation.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, we will coordinate a new date based on availability.
